Concrete Driveways

A poured concrete driveway offers a firm, low-maintenance surface that stands up to regular vehicle traffic. The process begins with assessing the existing surface and sub-base, then grading and compacting a stable base so the concrete has consistent support. We form the driveway to the intended shape and slope for runoff, place and finish the concrete, and allow it to cure properly before it is opened to use. Exact thickness, mix design, and reinforcement are discussed at your estimate based on the loads and conditions the driveway will see.

Poured-Concrete Patios & Walkways

Poured concrete is one option for patios and walkways, offering a clean, continuous surface that can be finished in a range of textures. As with driveways, the work involves assessing the site, grading and compacting the base, forming to the planned layout, placing and finishing the concrete, and curing before use. We also install paver and natural-stone patios and walkways — see our patios and walkways pages for those options. The right choice depends on your design, budget, and site, which we review together at your estimate.

Slabs, Aprons & Repairs

Beyond driveways and patios, we pour utility slabs, sidewalk slabs, and curb and driveway aprons, and handle repairs to existing concrete — including expansion joint sealant and patching of spalled or damaged surfaces. For repairs, we assess whether a localized patch, a section replacement, or a full re-pour is appropriate based on the condition of the slab and its base. Recommendations are specific to your situation and discussed at your estimate.

From Estimate to Cleanup

A typical concrete project moves through a few common stages: an on-site assessment and free estimate, base preparation and grading, forming to the planned layout, placing and finishing the concrete, curing, and a final walkthrough and cleanup. Schedules and site access depend on the size of the pour, weather, and curing time, so we discuss timing at your estimate rather than assuming a fixed timeline. After installation, we go over basic aftercare — such as keeping the surface clear during curing and avoiding de-icing chemicals that can damage concrete — so you know what to expect.
